Leasing
► Rate you pay is determined when signing the lease.
► Security deposit is equal to one month's rent.
► Moving in before the first of the month is pro rated at $25.00/day. (when available)
► Vacating is not pro rated. Tenant is responsible for the entire last month, regardless of when tenant vacates.
► Switching rooms must be done in writing and is charged $75.00. If moving to a room with a higher rate the deposit is also upgraded to new rate.
Open-ended lease (month-to-month)
► Open-ended lease (month-to-month), available and require the following:
* All month to month leasing are at "level 5" pricing
* Month to month leases require a 3 month commitment, minimum
* After 3 month minimum, 60-day notice is required
* 2 month deposit is required
Reserving
► Reserving a room requires the security deposit paid in advance and is non refundable.
